No. This service is for basic veterinary information and general health queries only. If your pet is in distress, bleeding, unconscious, or having difficulty breathing — please go to your nearest vet clinic immediately. Do not wait for an online consultation in an emergency.
Most vets respond within 1–2 hours of a confirmed booking during their available hours. Each vet's profile shows their typical availability. If a vet is unavailable, you can choose a different one.
If your vet does not contact you within 3 hours of a confirmed booking, WhatsApp us at 0321-7467061 with your booking reference and we will either reassign you to another vet or issue a full refund.
Yes. If the consultation does not happen due to vet unavailability, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours to your EasyPaisa account. Refunds are not available after the consultation has taken place.
Payments go to VetAmi's verified EasyPaisa account (0321-7467061). We hold payment until the consultation is confirmed complete. Your receipt is uploaded securely and linked to your booking.
