VetAmi Consult is for assessment, triage and guidance. Vets will evaluate your pet's symptoms and tell you whether you need an in person visit or can manage at home. Common reasons people consult include vomiting, lethargy, skin issues, not eating, post-surgery care, medication questions and new pet advice. Most vets respond within 1–2 hours during their available hours. If a vet is unavailable, we can help you choose a different one.
Each consultation is up to 20 minutes via WhatsApp video or voice call. That's enough time to describe your pet's symptoms, share photos or videos and get a clear assessment and next steps from your vet. If the vet feels your pet needs an in-person visit, they'll tell you honestly.
If your vet doesn't contact you within 3 hours, WhatsApp us at 0321-7467061 with your booking reference. We'll reassign you to another vet or issue a full refund.
Yes — if your vet doesn't contact you within 3 hours, you'll receive a full refund to your EasyPaisa account within 24 hours. If the consultation was cut short due to a technical issue on our vet's end, we'll either reschedule you or issue a full refund. Once a consultation has been completed, the fee is non-refundable.
