How VetAmi Consult Works

VetAmi Consult connects you with a licensed Pakistani veterinarian for Rs. 550 per session, up to 20 minutes. Think of it as your first call before deciding what to do next. Vets assess your pet's symptoms, answer your questions and tell you whether your pet needs an in person visit or can be managed at home.

This is not a replacement for a physical examination but for the majority of everyday pet concerns, a knowledgeable vet on call is exactly what you need.

Every vet on VetAmi Consult holds a valid PVMC (Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council) registration, which we verify before approving any profile. You're always speaking with a real, licensed professional.

The advice given during a consultation reflects the vet's professional assessment based on the information you share. Since an online consultation cannot include a physical examination, our vets will always recommend an in person visit when they feel it is necessary for your pet's safety.

Consultations are Rs. 550 per session, paid in advance via bank transfer to VetAmi's verified Bank Alfalah account (Account Title: VETAMI). Payment to any other account is not our responsibility.

• Full refund — if your vet does not contact you within 3 hours of a confirmed booking, contact us and we will refund you in full within 24 hours, no questions asked.
• Reschedule or refund — if the consultation was cut short due to a technical issue on our vet's end, we will either reschedule you or issue a full refund.
• Non-refundable — once a consultation has been completed, the fee is non-refundable.

To request a refund, WhatsApp us at 0321-7467061 with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of approval.

Our vets provide their honest, professional assessment based on what you share with them. The more clearly you describe your pet's symptoms including photos or videos on WhatsApp — the better the guidance you'll receive.

For pets in Pakistan, our vets may recommend medications during a consultation if they feel it is appropriate. For pets located outside Pakistan, see "Users Outside Pakistan" above. Advice given during a session is professional guidance, not a substitute for clinical care. VetAmi is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an online consultation.

VetAmi Consult is operated from Pakistan. If your pet is located outside Pakistan, please read the following.

• General guidance only. Our vets are registered with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC). They are not licensed to practise veterinary medicine in your country. For pets located outside Pakistan, a consultation is general pet-care guidance and is not a diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary service under your local laws.
• No medication advice. Rules on medicines differ between countries, and some medicines are restricted or unavailable locally. For pets outside Pakistan, our vets will not prescribe or recommend specific medicines or doses. Please ask a licensed local vet about any medication.
• Keep a local vet. We strongly recommend keeping the phone number of a licensed vet or 24-hour emergency clinic in your area. In an emergency, go to a local clinic immediately and do not wait for an online consultation.
• Local laws. You are responsible for making sure that using an online consultation service is permitted where you live. We may decline or limit a consultation where we believe local rules do not allow it.
• Your data. By booking, you consent to us collecting and processing the health information, photos and videos you share about your pet, along with your contact details, to provide the consultation. See our Privacy Policy.
• Payment. Fees and accepted payment methods for users outside Pakistan may differ from those shown above. Refund terms are the same as in our Payment & Refund Policy.

We're actively expanding our network of licensed vets across Pakistan. Depending on your city and the time of day, vet availability may vary but every booking is reviewed and matched with care.
