- Uncontrolled bleeding or open wounds
- Loss of consciousness, collapse, or seizures
- Suspected poisoning or toxic ingestion
- Severe pain, crying out, or inability to move
- Eye injuries or sudden blindness
- Suspected broken bones or trauma from accidents
- Unable to urinate (especially male cats — this is life-threatening)
In any of the above situations, take your pet to the nearest vet clinic immediately. Do not wait.
Scope of Service
VetAmi Consult provides an online platform for pet owners to receive general veterinary information and guidance from licensed veterinarians via WhatsApp. This is a supplementary service — not a replacement for physical examination or clinical care.

- Nutrition and diet guidance
- Behaviour and training questions
- Understanding symptoms (non-emergency)
- Vaccination schedules and preventive care
- Deciding whether a vet visit is needed
- Post-visit follow-up questions
- Emergency or life-threatening conditions
- Surgical conditions or physical injuries
- Prescribing controlled medications
- Issuing official health certificates
- Replacing a physical examination
- Diagnosing serious or complex diseases
- Wildlife or stray animal treatment
Limitation of Liability
VetAmi Consult and its registered veterinarians provide information in good faith based on the details shared by the pet owner. However:
- VetAmi is not liable for any medical decisions made based on the consultation.
- Online consultations are inherently limited — the vet cannot physically examine your pet. Information shared may be incomplete or interpreted differently without a clinical examination.
- Advice given during a consultation is not a formal diagnosis or prescription.
- VetAmi does not guarantee outcomes. Pet health is complex and individual results may vary.
- If the information provided by the pet owner is inaccurate or incomplete, the quality of advice will be affected accordingly.
Vet Credentials & Verification
All vets on VetAmi Consult are required to hold a valid PVMC (Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council) registration. VetAmi verifies PVMC numbers before approving any vet profile.
However, VetAmi cannot guarantee the ongoing conduct, accuracy of advice, or continued registration status of any individual vet. If you have concerns about a vet's conduct or advice, please contact us immediately at support@vetami.pk or on WhatsApp at 0321-7467061.
Payment & Refund Policy
Consultations are priced at Rs. 400 per session, paid in advance via EasyPaisa to VetAmi's verified account.
- Full refund: if your vet does not contact you within 3 hours of a confirmed booking, contact us for a full refund within 24 hours.
- No refund: after a consultation has taken place, refunds are not available.
- Refunds are returned to your EasyPaisa account within 24 hours of a confirmed refund request.
- VetAmi is not responsible for payments made to any account other than the official EasyPaisa account listed on this website (0321-7467061).
Beta Service Notice
VetAmi Consult is currently in beta. This means the service is being tested and improved. You may experience occasional delays, limited vet availability, or technical issues.
