What VetAmi Consult Is
VetAmi Consult connects you with a licensed Pakistani veterinarian for Rs. 550 per session, up to 20 minutes. Think of it as your first call before deciding what to do next. Vets assess your pet's symptoms, answer your questions and tell you whether your pet needs an in person visit or can be managed at home.
This is not a replacement for a physical examination but for the majority of everyday pet concerns, a knowledgeable vet on call is exactly what you need.

Our Vets
Every vet on VetAmi Consult holds a valid PVMC (Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council) registration, which we verify before approving any profile. You're always speaking with a real, licensed professional.
The advice given during a consultation reflects the vet's professional assessment based on the information you share. Since an online consultation cannot include a physical examination, our vets will always recommend an in person visit when they feel it is necessary for your pet's safety.

Payment & Refund Policy
Consultations are Rs. 550 per session, paid in advance via EasyPaisa to VetAmi's verified account (0321-7467061). Payment to any other account is not our responsibility.
- Full refund — if your vet does not contact you within 3 hours of a confirmed booking, contact us and we will refund you in full within 24 hours, no questions asked.
- Reschedule or refund — if the consultation was cut short due to a technical issue on our vet's end, we will either reschedule you or issue a full refund.
- Non-refundable — once a consultation has been completed, the fee is non-refundable.
To request a refund, WhatsApp us at 0321-7467061 with your booking details. Refunds are returned to your EasyPaisa account within 24 hours of approval.
Our Responsibility
Our vets provide their honest, professional assessment based on what you share with them. The more clearly you describe your pet's symptoms including photos or videos on WhatsApp — the better the guidance you'll receive.
Our vets may recommend medications during a consultation if they feel it is appropriate. Advice given during a session is professional guidance, not a substitute for clinical care. VetAmi is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an online consultation.
